New Site Design

Aug 12 2018

For a while now I've been planning on updating the HTML/CSS for the parts of my site that were static pages (the home page and other pages that aren't automatically generated by a blog, forum, wiki, etc). The old design served me well, however it's rather old, and was never that great. Some time ago I found this website template and decided that I was going to replace the old site design with it, however due to various health issues and some initial trouble I ran into while trying to adapt the template's CSS so I could have fancy drop-down navigation menus I was never able to force myself to sit down and get it done. Fortunately, with my health improving recently (candida can go to Hell), I finally decided to revisit this project and get it done.

So, for the first time in many years, GT500.org has a new look. So far I'm rather pleased with it, even if there are still some issues to iron out.

If you have any feedback/comments, then please feel free to leave them on the forums, as that is currently the only way to contact me via this website if you don't know my e-mail address.
